Main Structural Features

1. The empty tray feeding device of the tray loading machine adopts a manipulator, and the splint of the tray can automatically adjust the angle. At the same time, it is designed with an anti-falling tray device to ensure stable and reliable supply of cigarette trays.

2. The lower part of the cigarette storage of the tray loading machine is divided into multi-channels with multiple cigarette blocks, which can effectively reduce the extrusion of cigarettes.

3. The overturning device of the unloading machine uses 360° overturning. The front and rear two sets of marriage boxes are symmetrically distributed, and the overturning radius is small; the sliding opening method of the retaining bar is adopted, and the distance between the cigarettes is small; the four-bar linkage mechanism is used to realize the rotation of the stopper To reduce the phenomenon of overturned marriages and random smoke.

4. The unloading and changing cache device uses a synchronous belt to drive the upper and lower conveyor belts and the trolley to store or compensate cigarettes synchronously, so as to meet the normal production needs of the ultra-high-speed packaging unit when unloading and changing.

5. Each corner of the cigarette conveying device adopts a swing arm type or an elastic flexible conveying channel. According to the size of the cigarette flow, the channel width is automatically adjusted.

6. The loading device of the tray loading machine adopts frequency conversion to control the swing amplitude, swing frequency and drop speed of the cigarette tray for sorting and cutting reports, adapting to different cigarette incoming speeds.

7. The cigarette tray lifting and turning device of the unloading machine adopts frequency conversion control to adapt to different cigarette feeding speeds.

8. The cigarette conveying device is independently driven by motor segments, which is beneficial to the matching of cigarette flow in each channel, and reduces the phenomenon of horizontal smoke, random smoke, wrinkled cigarettes and cigarette lifting and falling during cigarette conveying.

9. Absolute encoders are used to detect the position of the smoke tray of the loading machine, the lifting of the full tray, and the lifting of the smoke tray of the unloading machine, so as to improve the accuracy of each bit of the smoke tray.

10. The electronic control system adopts the Beckhoff IPC controller as the main controller, configures the video output interface module to connect the touch screen human-computer interaction interface, and adopts the distributed I/O based on the EtherCAT high-speed field bus. And the bus-type valve island based on PROFIBUS field bus, frequency conversion speed control system, absolute position encoder, complete all process control and status monitoring, provide fault location to help fast fault handling.
