ZF12B Cigarette Storing Transferring System
The ZF12B Cigarette Storing and Transferring System is the flexible connection equipment between the crimping unit and the packaging unit after upgrading and improving the existing ZF12 (COMFLEX-1) equipment of Xuchang Tobacco Machinery Co., Ltd., mainly composed of YJ35D tray loading machine , YB17B type unloading machine and YF12B type cigarette conveying device are composed of three parts, and the three parts are effectively coordinated and controlled by the programmable controller. This product organically connects the crimping unit and the packaging unit together, and is mainly used for the buffer storage and transportation of cigarettes. When the output of the crimping unit and the packaging unit does not match, it will automatically store or replenish cigarettes, minimizing loading and unloading. Mutual constraints between downstream machines.
Main Structure
1. Large flexibility, strong buffer capacity, stable and reliable cigarette delivery.
2. The layout is flexible and diverse, suitable for docking with various models.
3. The electric control cabinet of the tray loading machine is placed on the upper part of the tray loading machine. The cigarette conveying device and the electric control cabinet of the tray unloading machine are integrated into one, which has a compact structure and reduces the occupied area, which is beneficial to the on-site management of cigarette enterprises.
4. The cigarette lifting mechanism of the cigarette conveying device can adopt either vertical lifting or inclined lifting to meet the individual needs of users.
5. The electrical control system is controlled by PLC from SIMENS Company, and the PROFIBUS-DP industrial field bus module is used, which reduces the number of connection points, low failure rate, and stable and reliable performance.
6. Using the touch screen of SIMENS company, the man-machine interface display in full Chinese can directly display the cause of the fault, indicate the location of the fault point, and can set and modify parameters.

The changing of the shipping methods may have occurred when we are noticed from customer for the needing of rush order or lower rate of shipment delay. The related request is acceptable whenever in prior of the order is dispatched and heading to the designated shipping address.
Note: (PO) boxes or FPO/APO military addresses can only be shipped out by standard shipping method.
The shipping fare for the expedited shipment method may higher than the standard one you chose for, then please be aware that you may ask to pay for the balance for the pertinent shipment substitution.
